Tickets are fully refundable (100%), less the 4% credit card processing charge.

At this point, we recommend transferring your ticket to another eligible Compass agent.
Locate your confirmation email and click “Manage Registration Details.”
Select “Transfer Registration.”
Enter the first name, last name, and Compass email address of the new attendee.
Click “Transfer.”
Payment for the ticket must be handled directly between the original purchaser and the new attendee (e.g., Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).
Once transferred, the new attendee will receive a confirmation email and assume ownership of the registration.

We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while also supporting the planning required to deliver the RETREAT experience, purchasers may cancel their RETREAT ticket based on the timeline below:
Full Refund: Through June 26
Partial Refund: Between June 27 – August 26
Non-Refundable: August 27 - October 27
Please note that cancellation of your RETREAT ticket does not cancel hotel reservations, flights, or any other travel arrangements. Any changes to travel accommodations must be handled directly with the hotel, airline, or provider.

If an event beyond Compass’ reasonable control occurs that in Compass’ sole discretion would make conducting the Compass RETREAT impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labor disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), Compass may postpone or cancel the event.
The sole and exclusive remedy for such postponement/cancellation by Compass shall be the offer of transfer of registration to a future RETREAT or a credit in the amount of the paid registration fee.

RETREAT is more than a conference—it’s the ultimate Compass experience. Where will the event take place?
This is not your typical conference held in a single venue. We want to show you all that New Orleans has to offer! Each event will take you to a new and exciting New Orleans landmark. Please reference the agenda for the venue locations and addresses.
How do I register for the 2026 RETREAT?
Once registration opens in March, you can register for RETREAT on the website by clicking “Order” on the ticket sales widget. Only one ticket can be purchased at a time. There are a limited number of tickets, so we recommend you #movefast.
Do I need to register separately for workshops or activities?
Yes. Workshop and activity registration will open approximately two months prior to RETREAT. Registered attendees will receive instructions by email.
What is Compass BFF?
Compass BFF is a pre-RETREAT connection program designed to help you meet another attendee before the event. By completing a short survey, you’ll be thoughtfully matched with a fellow agent who shares similar interests and goals—so you can arrive feeling connected and confident.
What is Klik?
Klik is an easy and interactive way to connect with fellow agents and sponsors at RETREAT. Simply tap your badge with another attendee’s badge, and once the light turns on, their contact information will automatically appear in the Compass RETREAT app. You can then export your connections to your CRM at any time.

How will I get around to the events?
All events are within a 5-18 min walk! There will be transportation provided for the Keynote and Closing Party. We encourage you to walk or utilize local transportation with your Compass peers!
Will food be served at all events?
Yes. Food will be provided at all official RETREAT events as noted in the itinerary. Dietary restrictions should be noted at registration.
What is the attire for each event?
Recommended attire will be added on the event details in the agenda tab of the website.
Can my spouse or partner join me?
Your spouse or partner is welcome to join you in your travels; however, Compass RETREAT programming and events are reserved exclusively for ticketed Compass agents and unlicensed team members.
Will sessions be recorded?
Sessions will not be recorded.
Can I bring swag or gifts for attendees?
To ensure a consistent and elevated experience for all attendees, individual agents and teams are not permitted to bring or distribute swag or gifts at RETREAT.
